Just received in my first order of ceiling tiles and was completely satisfied with the quality and how quickly I was able to get the tiles. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge that the Production manager had and how easy it was to install in my home. Trust me, you don’t want to spend a lot of time figuring out how to put things together and this project was quick and painless! With the extra tiles I had, I was able to put up a small section of backsplash in the kitchen and what a difference it made! This start up company is awesome. Customer service is accurate and fast delivery. I put in 3 rooms of a 107 year old... house that had damaged ceilings. It Brightens up any room. I installed with the help of 2 other inexperienced Helpers.It took awhile to get out groove on. We used a nail gun. Project went faster this way instead of individual nails with a hammer. One Just needs to be patient when placement and nailing. The tiles are very affordable and add such beauty to any room. I am so happy with this product and the staff of TIN CEILING USA. They take the time to answer any questions I had. I did a make over in my kitchen and decided to use Tin Ceiling Tiles for the backsplash. After looking online I found... this company, and thanks God I did. We ordered on Line and the order came as advertised and the packaging was very effective. Current shipping standards... are somewhat lax so damage is common but not in this case. Then when we saw the product it was better than I had hopped for. The install was great, the panels we straight and true and all identical in appearance and finish. I am actually looking for another area in my home to install it. I added this to the Ceiling in my new outdoor kitchen in SWFL. See photosread more

We decided to spruce up the living room and found everything we needed and more at Tin Ceiling USA. We initially... shopped around at the big box stores and were met with limited selection, high costs, and no knowledge of product installation. Amazing product and company! I ordered tin and trim for our kitchen backsplash. UPS didn’t deliver one of our packages... and communication was perfect with the company. I called the number and spoke to an actual person-which is so rare. I placed my order Sunday evening and by noon on Monday, I had already received confirmation from UPS that they had my packages and they were on their way. I received my order that Friday. I cannot believe my luck finding this company. I will certainly be back for more.read more

I was unsure about this company because there wasn't a lot of info about them but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought... my tiles for my kitchen backsplash they were less expensive than the other guys and I received my tiles in less than a week! I couldn't believe it and the tiles are so beautiful and we're packaged so carefully not a single one got damaged!! So happy I found this company!!!read more
